This first session allows us to explore your goals, background, and what you'd like to get out of therapy. It sets the foundation for our work together.
Individual Therapy Session (55 minutes)

Ongoing sessions are tailored to your needs and pace, offering a supportive space to deepen insight, process challenges, and build tools for growth.
Telehealth is available as a flexible alternative to in-person sessions.
Payment & Insurance
At this time, I accept private pay and HSA/FSA cards. I’m in the process of becoming credentialed with insurance providers, and I’ll share updates as soon as that option is available.

Monday -Thursday, hours will vary with some evenings available. Initial intake appointments will generally be scheduled during typical 8-5 business hours.
